Hutch Plays Naughty, Apologises Later

Just a few days ago, a friend of mine had an experience with Hutch customer care that is worth mentioning. One night, he finds his balance has gone down by some 4-5 rupees.
He immediately calls the customer care. That was 1 a.m. The Hutch guy told him that this is unusual and he better talk with the ‘higher authority’ and requested him to hold while he transfers him. Now Subham, my friend, starts narrating his dilemma to the ‘higher authority’. Suddenly he is cut short by another voice showering choicest expletives on him. Before he could realise what was happening, the ‘higher authority’ starts scolding him - “Please behave… why are you using slangs?… Why are you misbehaving?…. Can’t you talk in a civil manner?” - as if it was my friend who was swearing! Flummoxed, Subham hung up.
Just look at the cunning of these people! What a trick to shoo away complaining customers!
However, next morning he again called the customer care when the representative not only assured him that the 4-5 rupees will be credited within half an hour but also apologised for the behaviour of his colleagues last night promising there would not be any repeat of such an incident in future.
