Today I watched Dev D. It was the 6.30 evening show at Navina. I reached at the nick of time and was just able to give some books to Promila which she came to collect from me. Thankfully Dhrubo had the tickets ready with him. Actually, it was kinda last moment planning - I had to see old pal Dhrubo this time and he told me they were planning to watch Dev D so I was quick to join them. It was Thursday, so tickets were easily available. The crowd was enthusiastic as ever. The cheers and jeers perfected with comic timing makes watching movies here all the more enjoyable. This drawing room ambience is one reason why I love Navina so much. It was great to meet up with old pals after long. As for the movie, well I liked it and I wrote a review of Dev D on Bong Buzz.
