   I use a Reliance smart connection-Well its quite economic:
   I have a lifetime prepaid connection
   so my expenditure goes like this:
   a recharge of Rs.300
   giving me a Talktime of Rs.225
   It has a validity of 6 months from the date of recharge.
   That means if i can cut down my expenses and keep my balance for at least 2 months its quite reasonable.
   caller tune charges:Rs 0.50/day + Rs.5 for every change
   call rates: all cellurar services:Rs 0.59
   All Landlines:Rs 0.99
   All india SMS:Rs 0.25
   Smart to Smart
   (in calcutta):Rs 0.19
   But for several people requirements are different.

   to reduce call rate i recharge Rs. 300 for 3 month. so per month Rs. 100 no (talk time)
   caller tune Rs. 30
   miss call alart Rs.15
   top up recharge for talktime Rs.200
   so per month expances Rs.345
   call rate as follows:
   airtel to airtel 30 paise
   airtel to mobile 75 paise
   airtel to landline Rs.1
   std Rs.1.50
