Am just wondering how GPRS facility is being charged

Apart from the rental for GPRS of which there are two plans in BSNL

the 49/- a month and the 199/- a month, is one also required to pay call rates for the duration of the connection we charged just the rental….

then after receiving the confirmatory reply from them send a sms

hello, now the time came for bsnl prepaid users.they can do net on pc and as well as on their cell.just activate celloneportal
then on sony ericsson phones make two accounts
named bsnl1 and bsnl2
bsnl1 apn:celloneportal
proxy add:192.168.081.163 for eastern side users(see from bsnl site the proxyaddresses according to the different regions)
port:8080
in bsnl2 do the above settings.
in streaming settings make the bsnl2 for ur streaming settings.
then make an address as ur bookmark.the address is rtsp://100.1.200.213/rtpencoder/aajtak.sdp for connecting to the aajtak media server.
first run an address on ur cell.it will display “access denied”
no problem run above bookmark address.after 10 to 15 seconds u can cancell it.the go to webbrowser and type the address it will open

4.no recharing during 4 day.
5.4thday nearly 11.35 pm net disactivated..
6.5th day recharge just put up your balance above 40.
7.6th day now again sent MO to 52696
and afther 5 day agin..

hi,i have been using nokia 6300 with my prepaid connection.Due to some network problem,i couldn’t access to the gprs facility.And now,when the network problem is over,i cannot accessto the facility though in my neighbourhood,other people can.Whenever i am trying to connect,it displays”TEMPORARY NETWORK PROBLEM/LINK NOT AVAILABLE,PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER”.

For all those who want to activate gprs on their bsnl mobile:

1 open http://www.bsnl.co.in/service/mobile_gprswap.htm

2 click on the ‘gprs/mms/wap settings’ button

3 select the city

4 enter your phone no

5 your one time password will be sms’ed to you

6 log in

7 select device settings

8 select your model no.

9 your settings would be sms’ed to you save it and install it.

dear, on bsnl portal we can onl9 surfer bsnl website. we can’t surf any site.
to activate net on ur prepaid bsnl sim just write gprspre send msg to 53733. and for configured ur mobile to net setting wirte ur model no send to 58355. u can also write any model name and sent it to 58355.
nw on protal setting yahoo messanger work on free of cost
