I sent the below two nos. for 10P call rate scheme;
First => 01886261509
Second => 01886256246

The first no. 01886261509 has been activated for 10P calling, but the second no. 01886256246 is still not activated for 10P calling from my Cellone mobile-9417131794.

Kindly look into the matter & pls. arrange to activate the second landline no. 01886256246 for 10P call.

Sir the number provided i.e. 3733 is not working. Whenever i try to send the message for activation of excel power on 3733 it always fails. It has not happened just 1 or 2 times but regularly it is displayed that message sending failed on 3733. Plz help me out and do reply soon.

In my prepaid connection, i can send sms easily but when anybody wants to send sms to me, then the sms is not sending. they has balance but it is saying “Not Sent”. I have talked to customer care, but my problem is still there. This is to bring to your notice that I opted for activation of 10P call rate for One landline no. and other Mobile Number through EXCELPower scheme.

I own Cellone prepaid mobile no. 9417306410 from the last two years.

I sent the below two nos. for 10P call rate scheme;
First =>09463933030
Second => 01824268210

Sir, According to bsnl, I can change one or both the numbers only once in 6 months. That is after 6 months from the date of activation of this 10 paise service. Sir, I regret to inform you that from the last 2 years I have never changed the number but now my requests are being unheard after so many visits and requests to the concerned authorities.

Sir, from the last two years I had been availing the 10P call scheme at 9417306410 to First=> 09417306415, which I want to change with number 09463933030

Second: => 01824268210 which should not be changed.

The concerned Customer Care Executive at BSNL office Phagwara, Madam suggested me to do as follows:

1. EXLUPDATE 9417306415 01824268210 Which I did.

And sent the message to 53733. Sir, I got the message that your ExL has been updated.

2. Then I had been suggested to do EXLPOWER 09463933030 01824268210 and send the message to 53733.

As I had sent SMS for activation, so I got the message that your request for Excel Power has been rejected for the activation as you have already get the facility, the earmarked date is the date on which I sent the request for activation of new number by updating old number. Then I contacted customer care Executive at BSNL office, Model Town, Phagwara but regret to inform you that the concerned Madam said that you have to go to Jalandhar to file the request for activation of this facility Sorry to say the above mentioned EXCEL Power Scheme has not been activated so far and I am being harassed for getting my genuine problem solved. You are therefore requested to please look into the matter and do the needful.

I give one application to DE (Mob), BSNL Office, Shillong on 28 Jun 2008 and I give more than eight times SMS to 53733 on 19 Jul 2008. many times I compain to customercare he said some time your no is no registered and some time your no is fwd to process but my EXCELP is still panding. So kindly activate the STD no else both no.

Dear deepjyoti barman,
Long time ago the number has changed to 53733 from 3733. The idiots of BSNL never informed this either through SMS or anyother means (AFA I KNOW). And notedown the following SMS FORMATS which you will never get anywhere on their website or in the office. After trying for 100 times in a span of 6 months talking to many dumb CC luckily I got these.

To activate : EXLPOWER {LandLineNumber} {MobileNumber}
To Change : EXLUPDATE {LandLineNumber} {MobileNumber}

You need to keep ONE SPACE between the three items above.
Landline Number should be prefixed with STD Code with ZERO.

Recently they have got this facility for STD Number also at 60 Paise Per Minute. So Please check if You are eligible for that and then take deicision.
You can not change the Numbers till 6 months.

NOTE: Format being this sometimes computer will give you error msg. Try many times even then if the problem persists you will have to contact CC.

First of all this is not an official website of BSNL hence do not ask questions in that format. Like Dear Sir …..Call rates for PREPAID have reduced only for new connections and not for old connections, except in few circles like TN. So either you buy new SIM or change to another Company. Virtually these BSNL people are forcing to change to private Service Providers like Airtel,,, by keeping the call costs veryhigh. This is really ridiclous. Sarkari hi what can we do?
