Finally trains to and fro North Bengal are once again on time. For the past 45 days or so, trains were late by 3-5 hours. All this because of a bridge of British era that gave in during the floods of mid-July. Trains had to be diverted via Katwa that caused the delay. Now the bridge has been repaired and trains are running perfectly on time, much to the relief of the passengers.
