Informations pertaining to engineering counselling for the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination are well given on the Central Selection Committee Engineering and Technology website. Forms are to be downloaded from there only. Do see the schedule well so that you report to the counselling venue in time. Remember to be equipped with all necessary documents. Read the instructions carefully.
Now talking about the medical counselling. Counselling forms will be given on June 22 & 23 at Calcutta Medical College (as well as some other medical colleges outside Kolkata). Counselling will be held on June 26 & 27.
Required documents to be taken to collect medical counselling form:
1. Rank Card (in case you have’nt got, take a printout from a website)
2. Admit Card
3. Challan of Rs. 40 (from Reserve Bank)

@Soumadut: Was that a typo? I have never heard that 13396 rank is given in medical. As fas as I know, medical ranks have been published this year upto around 2000.

It is of no use asking me what college you can get. Do the work yourself. Have a look at the last year’s closing ranks on CSC-ET website.
Don’t ask when and where is your counselling. Head over to the CSC-ET site to know.
Those who have rank card or result related disputes should contact the concerned authority and not ME!!

Congrats! No, not much of a difference in infrastructure really — both are being considered to be upgraded to IITs. Regarding what is more preferable is entirely upto your personal choice. It’s a decision you should take. I can tell you one thing — the JU campus rocks big time ( I have no idea about BESU campus).
