Nowadays we hear everyone say that youngsters are not at all interested in reading…

I have observed that the main reason why most of my friends hate reading is the fact dat they are glued 2 the tv too much, which I am not. They are too impatient to read a book. A very intelligent friend of mine, studying computer science at Jadavpur University, whom I gave Da Vinci Code after coaxing him 2 read it has read but only 10-15 pages in a whole month..I am shocked.

There are still many serious readers among my friends, but clearly outnumbered by non-readers.

I have been a voracious reader since very early childhood. Though I have a pc at home 4 the las t 4 years, blessed wid a 24×7 broadband connection and my friends call me a computer wizard, I am still a bookworm and I can forget everything, even sleep, when I get a good book in hand. Actually, readers will continue to be readers, no matter whatsoever because they know how interesting reading is.
